案例： 
师让学生当医生（I’m a doctor）引出have a flu. 
T：Today I ate many 辣条, What will happen?（不确切，改为：These days I always eat辣条.） 
Ss: You have a sore throat. 
T: It’s very cold, but I only wear a dress and sandals. What will happen? 
Ss: You have a cold. 
T: It’s 9 o’clock in the evening. Amy eats a lots of sweets, then goes to bed. What will happen?

Ss: She have a toothache. 
T: Today I’m not feeling well.I have a sore throat. I have a headache. I have a fever, too. My nose hurts. What’s the matter with me? 
Ss: You have a cold. 
T: Readly? Now open your book to page 18, read the text and judge your answer. 
Students read the text. 
T: Is your answer right?  
Ss: No. You have a …( 部分生读不出flu 这个单词) 
T：Yes, I have a flu, not have a cold. 
Now I have a flu. What shall I do?  
     (部分生已低头照书找答案) 
    T：（我没理这些学生，马上发出指令） 
 Read the text again and find the answer. 
指名说答案，优生可正确答出，学困生不知所云。 
T：.Do you have any questions?  
Ss: medicine drink drinks 这些词是什么意思？ 
     T：Guess. Who can tell me? 
      (先让学生猜，之后再告诉学生) 
     T：Now do by yourself.

     师巡视，发现有的学生找到了答案但书写了草，有的学生左顾右盼，根本不想自己找答案。 
T：Now let’s Check up the answers together. 
 指名说答案，师应部分学生要求板书。

  反思： 
1.     对have a flu 有必要创设这样的情境吗？ 
根据《英语课程标准》的精神和小学生的生理和心理特点、认知水平，教学中要特别把培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]的学习兴趣、良好的学习习惯、初步的语感和用英语进行简单日常交流的能力作为教学的主要目标。在引出这一新词的过程中，不仅为学生创设了较好的听英语的环境，而且也为学生提供了运用英语交流的机会。这些情境结合学生的生活实际，既进行了德育渗透，又让学生感到英语就在身边。如果没有这些情境，直接告诉学生这个词的意思就是“得了流感”，给人的感觉就是学知识，而非学语言。这样的情境创设非常必要，但在创设时要注意使用标准的简单的英语。 
2.     理解和朗读如何分配时间？ 
英语中的阅读课如何上？低年级和高年级的阅读课有区别吗？我个人认为是有区别的。区别就在于理解和朗读的时间分配上。高年级以理解篇章大意为主，朗读为辅。时间的安排上朗读的时间稍短些，读通读顺即可。但不能没有朗读。低年级的阅读课以朗读为主，在读中理解篇章大意。时间的安排上朗读的时间要稍长些。案例中仅让学生跟读两遍，课堂教学流于形式。优生读不读均可，但学困生没有进行自主朗读，对文本的理解只能是人云亦云。
